Maintenance issues:
There is no charge for support for issues covered in your maintenance contract.
If you are experiencing an out-of-service emergency (receptionist console is down, 25% or more of all users are out of service, circuits down) please call 562-988-1939 option 1. Someone will respond immediately.
Non-emergency requests must be submitted into our AyaNova Web-Based Ticketing System (as ASAP or Not Urgent) and are normally resolved within 2-5 business days from ticket submission. As a courtesy, Active Port will submit a ticket, for a nominal fee.
NON-MAINTENANCE issues:
There is a fee for support for non-maintenance issues. Check the Rate Sheet via the Client Portal before submitting your request into our AyaNova Web-Based Ticketing System.
DIY TRAINING LIBRARY
The Active Port DIY training library is a repository and store where you can access unique training materials specific to your voice hardware and voice software configuration. The purpose of this library is to allow customers access to information that will save money, save time and help save the environment with a smaller carbon foot print.
Check out the DIY Training Library via the Client Portal, expected to be ready for select customers by the end of May, 2008.
