OBJECTIVES:
The customer’s main goal was to have a small call center set up for an annual fund raiser that was being co-hosted for the first time at the Beverly Hills location of the second oldest auction house founded in England.
STRATEGIC SOLUTION:
Active Port’s main strategy was to utilize the auction house’s phone system.
RESULTS:
Active Port extended a small call center to the location of the gala, which was a short distance from the regular business address of the auction house.

OBJECTIVES:
The customer’s main objective was to relocate their voice network with zero downtime for 40 high-priority users and downtime of 48 hours or less for the remainder of their voice network users for a weekend move.
STRATEGIC SOLUTION:
Active Port’s strategy was to install a temporary phone system with voice mail for the 40 high-priority users.
RESULTS:
Active Port tested all of the customer’s T1 circuits prior to the relocation with the temporary system.
A system was installed at the new location, telephones were installed and voice mail was set up to mirror the site of origin. The 40 high-priority users arrived Saturday morning with their voice services working.
Active Port beat the goal of 48 hours for relocating the entire voice network. The total for shutting down, transporting, re-installing and turning the system back up was 17 hours.

OBJECTIVES:
The customer’s main objective was to allow an interior design partner to move into their corporate office and have 4-digit dialing available between both companies. Both companies wanted to keep resources separate and the architect firm didn’t want incur any costs in the process.
STRATEGIC SOLUTION:
Active Port added separate trunk service, partitioned the PBX and rearranged load balancing.
RESULTS:
Seamless integration for outbound calls with 4-digit dialing between both companies.
